A downloadable game
Part visual novel, part customer service sim: sneak the word of the day into every reply without QA noticing.
You work customer support at Evership. Rusting barbecues, drones that refuse to dive, sneakers in the wrong size. You open the case, read the complaint and write the reply — no picking from three options. You type it yourself, word by word, with the clock running.
Put like that, it's an office job. And an office job is boring. Which is why the team has a game of its own.

The word of the day

Every morning your colleagues conspire and pick a word. Whatever comes up. Landing it in every case of the shift isn't an optional challenge — it's a promise you made to the team.

The problem is Quality. They read everything that leaves your keyboard, and they score each reply in parts: opening, diagnosis, solution, closing, spelling. Getting the word in earns points. Forcing it shows, and it costs you.

So the real game isn't using the word. It's finding the gap where it fits on its own — a rusty grill right before a barbecue weekend really does look a lot like a tempest — and deciding what to do on the days when there is no gap.
The shift
- Public complaints on Y: 120 characters, and everyone is reading.
- Urgent tickets on a countdown that won't wait for the perfect line.
- Ask a coworker: Marta hands you the line almost finished, Felipe would rather blame a technical fault and move it to DMs. Different schools, different scores.
- Between shifts, an actual office — rooftop scenes and conversations that aren't about barbecues. The story builds in those gaps.
Discover more about every character by talking to them in the private areas of the office.
